Stress, anxiety, negative self talk and fear contribute most to a loss of wellness and sense of security.
You will identify your personal stressors and learn coping skills to help you better manage the effects of individual and collective stress, as well as gain a stronger sense of self-compassion and increased tolerance for others.
In group work we increase our sense of connection and community, which enhances overall health and a sense of belonging—conditions critical to healthy longevity and a sense of purpose.
