Programs
I offer a 6 to 12 month program aimed at coaching high-potential personnel to reach peak performance. The coaching program includes tools to:
- Attain and maintain work/life balance
- Tap into core strengths and leadership abilities
- Identify problem areas and ineffective patterns.
The process begins with an initial intake interview to determine goals, thinking, and working styles. Various exercises, assignments, and discussions lead to a deeper recognition of patterns and inner resources. An assessment and feedback instrument may be used to help identify strengths and skill gaps in order to improve overall leadership capabilities.
In bimonthly sessions clients learn to recognize their triggers, blind spots and stumbling blocks, and gain insight as to how others perceive them. We will explore distinctions between optimal stress for maximum performance and stressors that create problems and deter effectiveness. You will learn to identify personal stressors as well as what you need to attain balance and wellness.
Models to help the client modify their strategic processes and behavior may be created.
